Features

Hastelloy C-276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with tungsten addition, designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of severe environments. The high molybdenum content provides strong resistance to localized corrosion such as pitting and crevice corrosion, while chromium contributes resistance to oxidizing media.

Hastelloy C-276 is widely used in chemical processing, pollution control, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper production, waste treatment and other applications involving aggressive corrosive media.

Available product forms include plate, sheet and coil. Materials can be supplied according to ASTM B575 / ASME SB-575 and processed to customer requirements.
