Features
0Cr14Ni14W2Mo is a chromium-nickel-tungsten-molybdenum austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel designed for components requiring reliable mechanical strength and structural stability during prolonged elevated-temperature service.
Its chromium content contributes to oxidation and corrosion resistance, while the relatively high nickel content promotes a stable austenitic structure and maintains toughness under demanding thermal conditions. Tungsten and molybdenum provide additional solid-solution strengthening.
The combination of W and Mo helps the alloy maintain mechanical performance and structural stability at elevated temperatures. Appropriate heat treatment is important for obtaining the required balance of strength, ductility and high-temperature performance.
0Cr14Ni14W2Mo is suitable for high-temperature fasteners, turbine components, furnace parts, power-generation equipment and other highly loaded heat-resistant components used in demanding industrial environments.
