Features
RA330 is a nickel-chromium-iron austenitic heat-resistant alloy engineered for components exposed to prolonged high temperatures and severe thermal cycling. Its relatively high nickel content helps maintain a stable austenitic structure across demanding thermal conditions.
Chromium provides strong oxidation resistance, while the controlled silicon addition enhances resistance to carburizing environments. This combination allows RA330 to maintain good structural stability during repeated heating and cooling cycles.
A key advantage of RA330 is its ability to withstand both high-temperature oxidation and carburization. The alloy also provides useful mechanical strength and fabrication characteristics for complex furnace and heat-treatment components.
Typical applications include furnace baskets, retorts, muffles, radiant tubes, heat-treatment fixtures and other components used in industrial furnaces, petrochemical processing and high-temperature production systems.
